For exclusive events
 & parties of 50 or more
Thank you for considering THE BISTRO for your private event! We welcome the opportunity to work with you to ensure that we exceed your expectations. In an effort to avoid any miscommunication, please review the information provided. The Bistro reserves the right to change these terms without notice.

TERMS OF THE BISTRO PRIVATE PARTY CONTRACT
Menu Selection
In consultation with THE BISTRO , the Customer shall select a menu from the attached menu options. THE BISTRO will consider all suggestions to modify menu selections to accommodate each individual event. Menu prices are subject to change as dictated by market conditions. THE BISTRO will guarantee prices when stated upon contract signature.
Room Charges
THE BISTRO WINE CLUB:
Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday-Thursday $500
The room charge will be waived with food purchase of $2,000
Friday-Saturday $1000
This fee is in addition to agreed upon menu price, and will not be waived.
Final Guest Count
A final guest count is required 10 business days prior to the function. This final number will then be considered a minimum guarantee number for billing. If for any reason a final guest count is not provided, food provided and billing will be based on original estimated guest count.
Payment and Method of Payment
The balance will be due at the conclusion of the event. No split checks are permitted. We except cash, all major credit cards and company checks. 
A 25% deposit will be required to save the date. This total will be applied to the final bill. 10% is non-refundable. The full 25% is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 10 days prior to the event.
TERMS OF THE BISTRO PRIVATE PARTY CONTRACT
Outside food and beverage are not permitted. Any exceptions must be pre-arranged with THE BISTRO for an additional fee.
There will be no takeout services for banquets or hors d’ oeuvres at cocktail parties.
The Customer assumes all responsibility for the guests and any damages caused by the guest(s) to THE BISTRO property. THE BISTRO assumes NO liability for personal property while you and your guests are using the facility or property left at the facility.
We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service, should we feel it become necessary.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, we require a minimum of 6 hors d’ oeuvres per person for a cocktail party that is not followed by dinner.
For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to all private parties. This is in addition to the final bill and is not included in menu price.
A set up fee of $30 will be added to all private parties. This includes, black linens, linen napkins, flatware, glassware, china, candles and personalized menus. This fee is in addition to final bill and not included in menu price.
A $50 cake service fee will be applied to all cake brought into THE BISTRO. This service includes cutting, plating, and distributing the cake. THE BISTRO will also provide plates, napkins and silverware. THE BISTRO is NOT responsible for holding, transporting or setting up any cakes. No homemade items are aloud.
We regret that glitter and confetti are not permitted. In addition, all decorations must be approved by management prior to function.THE BISTRO offers the option of customizing your event with décor appropriate to your occasion (flowers, votives, center pieces, etc.) at an additional fee.
THE BISTRO offers the option of arranging live music for your special occasion. THE BISTRO adds no fee, except for the set upon hourly rate for selected band.

Heart of romaine Caesar salad
fresh shaved Parmesan & homemade croutons
Pear & walnut salad (available in December)
Bleu cheese crumbles, orange vinaigrette

Served with mashers and seasonal vegetable except for pasta dishes
Flat iron steak w/ big herb butter
Chicken & mushroom penne
Wild salmon steak with seasonal sauce

The Bistro requires at least 50 people in attendance for menu option #1 & #2 and 50 people in attendance for menu option #3 to have the room exclusive for private events. If that number falls short The Bistro will add the difference to meet our required number of guests, not to exceed the menu option price & excluding the price of additional desserts, spirits etc.
 
 
Hors d’ oeuvres only Event
This menu is set at $22.00 per guest with a 55 guest minimum. This amount does not include tax, gratuity, beer, wine or spirits.
